hiking 10.5 miles around Eklutna Lake, then start walking on the East Fork trail.  Stiver's Gully is several miles up the East Fork, and marked by several large cairns. 

via Stiver's Gully and a moderately marked climbers trail.  Once on the ridge, the travel is easy and straightforward Class 2/3 until about 6800 feet, where the crux of Bashful looms - Chickenshit Gully.  Chickenshit is a 4th class chossfest of kitty litter pebbles on larger rocks, and while climbing UP isn't terrible, downclimbing can be rough.  Most people will want to rappel off the rock horn at the top of the gully, which has been slung with red webbing.

 

Above Chickenshit, the travel is again straightforward and easy all the way to the summit.
